Live Webinar · Limited seats

Why is my dental practice busy, and still not making money?

We asked the same question about our own group. On 22 July we'll open our numbers live on Samera.ai, fully anonymised, and show you where the £100k was hiding and how the AI found it.

The Premise

Most practices don't have a revenue problem. They have a visibility problem.

Treatment that patients said yes to and never booked. Associate pay that doesn't quite reconcile to the clinical work. Chairs sitting empty next to chairs running flat out. The numbers are all there in your PMS they're just not in a form anyone can act on.

We ran into exactly this in our own group. So we built the layer that makes it visible, in plain English, and turns it into a daily action the front desk can actually take.

What You'll See, Live

Four pillars. One platform. Demoed on a real group.

On 22 July we'll show you the whole thing, running on our own group's anonymised data.

01 / FINANCIAL ANALYTICS

Where the money actually is

A clean performance picture for the owner. Gross production, revenue per chair-hour, and the empty-chair revenue you're not capturing by site, by surgery, by dentist.

The view most owners have never seen of their own practice.

Revenue per chair-hour · Q1 average
Dr A. Patel Wandsworth · S1£412/hr
Dr R. Singh Esher · S2£378/hr

#2891 Invisalign full

#5103 3× crowns

02 / REVENUE RECOVERY

The treatment they said yes to

Every practice sits on a backlog of accepted treatment that never got booked.

Samera AI ranks it by value and age and groups it into 8 simple categories instead of 200, so you know exactly who to call first.

03 / FRONT DESK OUTREACH

Fill the empty slot with the right patient

A daily, ready-to-action list of high-value patients to bring back in matched to the gaps in the diary.

The bit your reception team can pick up and run with tomorrow morning.

04 / ASSOCIATE PAY

Pay that reconciles to the work

Automated pay rules for NHS and non-NHS clinics, reconciled line by line against the actual clinical activity.

No more spreadsheet guesswork.

And the finale

The AI CFO

Ask any question about the group in plain English and get an answer grounded in the real numbers.

This is the part that makes Samera.ai a category, not a feature. We'll take a question live.

You · 09:42
Which of my associates is most profitable when you factor in lab costs and chair time?
Samera AI CFO
Dr A. Patel (Wandsworth) generates the highest contribution margin at £284/hr after lab costs and associate share 27% above your group average. However, Dr R. Singh delivers higher absolute contribution due to longer chair hours.

The Offer · attendees only

See your own number, then decide.

For practices who join us live, we'll open up a priority diagnostic: we connect to your data and show you exactly what's sitting unseen across the four pillars, line by line. No obligation and if there's nothing meaningful to find, we'll tell you straight.

This is for you if…

You own or run a UK dental practice or small group
You're growing, or thinking about another site
You're running pay and reporting on spreadsheets or instinct
Your team is good but stretched

This probably isn't for you if…

You're an associate looking for personal tax advice (we have a different product for you)
You're a software vendor here for a look around (no problem, just say hello)
